Important Guidelines for Participation: Understanding Your Responsibilities and Preparing for a Safe Experience

Physical Requirements: This class is designed to accommodate all ages and fitness levels. However, it's vital to recognize your body's limitations. If at any point during the class you feel discomfort or strain, you are encouraged to rest or adjust your posture accordingly. The instructors are here to guide you but cannot be aware of individual physical constraints.
Medical Concerns: Please consult with your healthcare provider if you have any existing medical conditions, injuries, or concerns that may be affected by physical exercise such as Tai Chi. This includes, but is not limited to, heart conditions, bone or joint issues, respiratory problems, or recent surgeries. Your participation in this class is entirely at your own risk. Waiver Requirement: By attending the class, participants automatically agree to a waiver, acknowledging awareness of potential risks and releasing the organizers, instructors, and venue owners from any liability for injury or harm that may occur during the event. It's important to read and understand the full terms of this waiver before attending the class Emergency Protocols: Although we take all necessary precautions to ensure safety, it is important to be aware of the emergency exits and first-aid stations available at the venue. Personal Belongings: Please note that the organizers are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the event. Respect for Others: This class relies on a supportive environment. Please be mindful and respectful of others' space and experience during the class.
COVID-19 Guidelines: We are committed to ensuring the safety of all participants. Please adhere to local COVID-19 guidelines, including wearing masks and social distancing if required. Accessibility: Our venue is accessible to all. Please contact us if you have specific accessibility requirements.
